[Digital Products] Why did my vouchers order status change to "Completed" when I have not redeemed or used them?

If you have purchased ShopeePay Vouchers, Deals Vouchers, or Online Deals Vouchers and found the order status to be "Completed," do not worry. The order status automatically changes to "Completed" after 48 hours.


Rest assured, this does not affect the validity of your ShopeePay Vouchers, Deals Vouchers, or Online Deals Vouchers, and you should still be able to use them, provided that:

  1. You have not swiped to redeem the Deals Vouchers before visiting the merchant's storefront.
  2. The Vouchers have not expired.

 

To find out your order details, do follow the steps below :

 

  1. Launch the Shopee App.
  2. Click on "See More."
  3. Select "Prepaid, Bills & Tickets."
  4. Select "Orders."
  5. Tap on "Completed."
  6. Tap on "Entertainment" to filter for your Vouchers.
  7. Select your voucher. The validity period will be shown in your order details.

For ShopeePay user:
1. Launch the ShopeePay App. 
2.Click on "View All."
3. Select "E-Vouchers."
4.Tap "Orders."
5.Tap on "Completed" to filter your vouchers. 
6. Select your voucher. The validity period will be shown in your order details.
