  • Orders are grouped by: To Pay, To Ship, To Receive, Completed, Cancelled, Return/Refund.

⚠️ For Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL), tracking numbers are available in-app. For Non-SSL orders, contact the seller directly via Shopee Chat.

⏰ Delivery Scheduling & Attempts

  • Specific delivery date/time cannot be scheduled.

  • Please be available at your delivery address around the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD).

  • Couriers usually attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the seller.
