Shopee Digital Products now allows you to purchase your favorite event tickets directly through your Shopee App. You can buy event tickets by following these simple steps:

1. From your Shopee App, tap "See More" on the homepage. On the next page, tap "Prepaid, Bills & Tickets" and select "Event Tickets" to access the event page.

2. Once the event tickets page has loaded, you will be able to see the event categories. 

3. You may select the ticket you want to buy and click on 'Buy Now'. Then, 'Select' for your preferred deal. Enter the number of pax for adults and/or children and tap 'Confirm'. 

4. Next, fill in the necessary details such as your Name, IC Number, Email, Phone Number, etc., to verify your ticket when redeeming it.

• If you are purchasing the ticket for a friend, please insert their details instead. Note that the person redeeming the ticket must match the details you provide.
• If you purchase multiple tickets in this order, you will only need to fill out the form once to redeem all the tickets within this order.

Please ensure your details are correctly filled in! Shopee team or the event organizer might need to contact you for confirmation.A sample of the form is as below:

5. Click 'Pay Now' after filling in all the payment details. Payment options available: ShopeePay, Credit / Debit Card, Cash Payments at 7-Eleven or Online Banking. 

6. You may retrieve your E-ticket(s) from your digital product purchase history on Shopee App. Tap "View Order Details" > "Click To View” > E-Ticket

7. You will also receive the E-ticket(s) and receipt in your email.
