KLIA Ekspres is the express train service that connects Kuala Lumpur to the airport, providing you a smooth and comfortable journey to and from KLIA / KLIA 2.

You may purchase KLIA Ekspres tickets through Shopee’s latest Digital Product feature using the few simple steps below:

1) Using your Shopee App, click on "See More". On the next page, go to “Prepaid, Bills & Tickets” & select “KLIA Ekspres” to launch the ticket page.

2) After ticket page is launched, click on “Buy Now” to choose your ticket type. Click “Select” on either One-Way trip or Return trip from two departing points.

3) Enter the number of pax for adults and / or children and your contact info before you “Confirm” your selection. You can then "Checkout" your purchase and proceed with payment of the order.

4) Once you have made your payment, you will be able to see the "Order Details" page where you can retrieve your E-Ticket(s) on Shopee App. If you experience any issue at the gate, please approach the KLIA Ekspres staff with the booking reference number. Each E-Ticket has one unique booking reference number. You can check your booking reference number in your email E-Ticket as per picture below.

* You will also be able to get an email sent to you for your E-Tickets as well.

Children below 6 years old can travel for free where you can request for free child tickets at any KLIA Ticket Counter. 

*There will be a maximum of 3 free child tickets per adult ticket. The free child tickets will be issued as one-way tickets and it must be collected at the KLIA Ekspres Ticket Counter each time you travel.

*Do note that you will need to provide the proof of age for your child is less than 6 years old(e.g. MyKid, Passport) and the free child tickets will be valid for only 10 minutes upon issuance.
