To get your Free Shipping Discount, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Free Shipping on the Shopee app main page

Step 2: Claim Free Shipping Discounts 

Free Shipping Discounts are renewed and distributed every day, week, and month. Check regularly every day to get the discounts when they are available. Any unused Free Shipping Discount is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Viewing Free Shipping Discounts

To view your Free Shipping Discounts, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Select Vouchers/Discounts

Step 3: View your Vouchers/Discounts on the Shopee app

Successfully claimed vouchers/discounts will automatically be stored in Vouchers/Discounts.
