Your ShopeePay wallet holding and transaction limits are determined by the verification level of your account, as outlined in the table below. Transaction limits include top-up, order payment, transfer to other users, refunds, offline payments, and withdrawals.

⚠️Note: Starting 24 February 2025, new users who verify their ShopeePay account will only be granted access to the premium account.

Do note that any users on Android mobile OS lower than version 7.0 are restricted to a daily checkout limit of RM200. Given the user upgrades their mobile phone to a mobile phone with an OS version higher than 7.0, you will need to bind your account again to the new device.
Follow the steps below to bind your account to your new device:
Step 1: Go to the Me page
Step 2: Click on ShopeePay
Step 3: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number
