By default, the regular operating hours are set from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily.

However, if you need to adjust your operating hours, you can easily do so through the Shopee Partner app by following the steps below:

1. Click the ‘Opening Status’ on the Order Page.

2. Select ‘Regular Hours’ or ‘Special Hours’ based on your operating schedule.

• Regular Hours: Applies to your usual weekly schedule.
• Special Hours: Replaces your regular hours for specific days or festive days.

 

 

Regular Hours

• You can choose your days and operation hours, and it can schedule up to 3 operating hour slots per day.

 

 

Special Hours

• For special hours, you can set specific dates and festive days. Similar to regular hours, you can schedule up to 3 operating hour slots on the specific dates.
