[My Account] How do I troubleshoot my Shopee account?

Please refer to the instructions below for basic troubleshooting steps if you encounter any bugs or technical issues on Shopee:

 

Shopee Web Browser

 

  • Clear your web browser's cache.
  • If the issue persists, try using different web browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari.
 

Shopee App

 

  • Minimise the number of items in your Shopping Cart.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Shopee app.
  • Clear cache on your Shopee app:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on the Gear icon
Step 3: Click on About 
Step 4: Select the Clear Cache button
