[ShopeePay] What is ShopeePay?

ShopeePay is an e-wallet provided by ShopeePay Malaysia Sdn Bhd, offering various functionalities:
(a) Make online purchases within Shopee.
(b) Conduct offline payments with merchants accepting ShopeePay.
(c) Transfer or receive payments among your contacts and withdraw funds to your bank account.
Accessing ShopeePay
- Directly from the Shopee App homepage by selecting your ShopeePay balance.
- Navigate through the Me tab and find ShopeePay.
Getting started with ShopeePay
- Activate your account by agreeing to terms and setting up your ShopeePay PIN.
- Enhance your experience by verifying your account and enabling auto top-up.
Terms
- For unverified accounts, you can maintain a wallet limit of up to RM 2,999.
- For verified accounts completed e-KYC verification, the wallet limit is up to RM 30,000.
- For verified accounts, you can perform ShopeePay transactions of up to RM 30,000 per day, provided you have sufficient funds in your account. There is no minimum transaction amount required.
