Follow the steps below to update your bank account details:
How do you update your bank account/settlement information?
Log in to your account in the Partner App and navigate to Settings. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Bank Account Details section, where your current bank account and settlement settings are displayed.
Step 2: To add more or delete settlement emails, simply navigate to the Settlement Email section and click on Edit Settlement Info to proceed with updating the bank account information.
Step 3: Select the Next icon to modify your settlement information.
Step 4: Choose one of the existing verified bank accounts to update the information, and a confirmation page with the New Settlement Information will appear.
Step 5: Confirm the New Settlement Info and click on Submit.
Step 6: To proceed, answer the Security Questions to validate this change.
Step 7: Your bank account and settlement information have been Successfully updated.
How to set up a new bank account/settlement information?
Log in to your account in the Partner App and navigate to Settings. Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Bank Account Details section, where your current bank account and settlement settings are displayed.
Step 2: To add more or delete settlement emails, simply navigate to the Settlement Email section and click on Edit Settlement Info to proceed with updating the bank account information.
Step 3: Select the Next icon to modify your settlement information.
Step 4: Click on Add Bank Account to proceed with adding a new entry.
Step 5: Fill out all fields with the new Bank Account Information, ensuring that the account matches the owner’s name or the business/merchant name.
Step 6: A Confirmation page with the new settlement information will appear.
Step 7: To proceed, answer the Security Questions to validate this change.
Step 8: Your new bank account setup will be submitted for review, which takes approximately 3-5 Working Days.
Step 9: To check on the status of the submission, click on Check Details on the settlement settings page.
⚠️ Note:
- Updating bank account and settlement details is permitted only through the Partner App.
- Any bank-related information can only be accessed by an admin account.
