Easily manage your menu by adding, editing, or deleting dishes in the partner app. Follow these steps to ensure your menu is up-to-date!

2. How to Edit a Dish?
Step 1: In the Partner app, click the dish you wish to edit in the 'Menu' tab.
Step 2: Change the details of your dish accordingly which includes Name, Price, Category, and Description. You may also toggle other settings such as Display Status, Stock Availability, and Time for Sale.
Step 3: Upon completion, tap on 'Save'.

3. How to Delete a Dish?
Step 1: In the Partner app, click the dish you wish to delete in the 'Menu' tab.
Step 2: If you wish to remove the dish from your menu, go to the bottom of the page and tap on 'Delete Dish'.
Step 3: Once confirmed for deletion, click βDeleteβ.

4. How to Bulk Update Dish Status (Available / Unavailable)
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner App, click 'Bulk Manage'.
Step 2: Choose Dishes
Step 3: Set the Status for all selected dishes
Step 4: Specify Duration (for Unavailable Status Only). If setting the status to Unavailable, choose one of the following options:

5. How to Rank a Dish / Category?
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click βRankβ.
Step 2: Click βRank Dishβ.
Step 3: You can move the dishes by tapping the βUpβ or βDownβ arrow according to your preference.
Step 4: Once confirmed with the rankings, click βSaveβ.

5.2 - Rank a Category
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click βRankβ.
Step 2: Click βRank Categoryβ.
Step 3: You can move the categories by tapping the βUpβ or βDownβ arrow according to your preference.
Step 4: Once confirmed with the rankings, click βSaveβ.

6. How to Add / Edit / Delete a Category?
6.1 - Add a Category
Step 1: In the βMenu' section of the Partner app, click β+Addβ.
Step 2: Click βAdd Categoryβ.
Step 3: Fill in the category name.
Step 4: Once done, proceed to click βSaveβ.

6.2 - Edit a Category
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click βEdit Categoryβ.
Step 2: Choose your preferred category to edit.
Step 3: You can change the category name accordingly.
Step 4: Once confirmed, proceed to click βSaveβ.

6.3 - Delete a Category
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click βEdit Categoryβ.
Step 2: Choose your preferred category to delete.
Step 3: Click βDelete Categoryβ. A pop-up message will appear informing you to confirm that all dishes under this category will be deleted.
Step 4: Once confirmed, proceed to click βDelete Allβ.

If you're unable to add/edit/delete your dish via the Partner app, learn how to submit a manual menu/content change request or bulk add/update your menu easily via the Partner Web Portal.
Once you've successfully created or edited your dish, it'll be reviewed by a member of the ShopeeFood team accordingly. It'll take up to 1 business day for your dish to be reviewed.
Please remember to always follow our menu content policy and guidelines which can be viewed on the Help Center. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your dish.
