When will I receive my affiliate commission?
The timeline to receive affiliate commission is within 1.5 - 2 months* from the date of order received by the buyer.

*The commission payout is subjected to:
- Affiliates’ Payment & Tax Info has been approved by Shopee
- Invoices submitted within 7 days after payment bill is released
- Buyer must complete their purchase within 7 days upon clicking the affiliate link and buyer clicks 'Order Received' button on the Shopee App
Any non-fulfillment of the above will lead to a longer payout period.
For example:-
If your Payment & Tax Info is only approved on September 30, 2023, the commissions recorded before Sep will be processed on the next month. You will only receive the payout after 1.5 - 2 months from the date of Payment & Tax info approved by Shopee.
How long does it take to approve my Payment & Tax Info submission?
On average, it takes about 21 working days for your submission to be approved.
Why have I not received my commission?
You will not receive commission in the following scenarios:
- If the order is placed by yourself or by a friend or family member living in the same house.
- If the affiliate link promotes your own store's products (conflict of interest).
- If the orders are canceled or refunded.
- If the buyer clicks on other links before making a purchase.
- If you have not submitted your Payment & Tax Info on Affiliate Admin
- If Payment & Tax Info submission is still pending validation
- If your commission remains unvalidated for a period exceeding six months
Why would a commission be forfeited?
Unvalidated commissions can only be processed within a maximum of a six-month period. Failure to submit Payment & Tax Info within this timeframe results in commission forfeiture, which cannot be reversed.To avoid this, promptly adhere to program terms by submitting your Payment & Tax Info.
Can I change my payment info?
Yes, you may change it. Kindly note that the new payment info will follow the same validation period of 21 working days to be effective. Payout will be processed into the latest approved payment info on the system when the payment bill is issued.
Example:
Payment info: Bank A (approved in system)
New payment info: Bank B (pending approval)
The payout will be credited into Bank A.
Newly approved Payment information will take effect immediately after approval. Unless the system is undergoing a payment process, the new information will be refreshed after.
Newly approved Tax information only will take effect on the first day of the next settlement cycle after Shopee's team approval.
