Wondering when your affiliate commission will be paid out? The standard timeline to receive your payout is within 1.5 to 2 months from the date the buyer clicks ‘Order Received’ on the Shopee app.

The day the buyer clicks 'Order Received' upon order completion

Shopee's fraud check on the completed order

Bill is released to affiliates on a biweekly basis

Payment made on Friday, or the following Monday if Friday is PH

💡 Please note that commission payout is subject to the following conditions:
  • Affiliates’ Payment & Tax Information has been approved by Shopee
  • Invoices submitted within 3 working days after payment bill is released
  • Buyer must complete their purchase within 7 days upon clicking the affiliate link and buyer clicks 'Order Received' button on the Shopee App
 
❗Failure to fulfill any of the above may lead to a longer payout period and the commission will be recorded as accrual commission until all requirements are met.
 
For example:-
If your Payment & Tax Information is only approved on September 30, 2024, any commissions earned before September 2024 will be processed in the following payout cycle.
 
Please note that you will receive your payout approximately 1.5 to 2 months after the date your Payment & Tax Information is approved by Shopee.
