The Content GoldTick program recognises top-performing creators on Shopee’s platform — those who consistently achieve strong results on Shopee Livestream (LS), Shopee Video (SV), or both.
Creators who meet the criteria and pass all required checks will receive an official GoldTick badge on their account, making them eligible for exclusive vouchers and commission benefits. This programme is available for sellers and affiliates across both ShopeeLive and/or ShopeeVideo.

Creators will be identified for the GoldTick Programme through a stream and video quality assessment process. Eligible creators will be automatically enrolled every Wednesday.
Creators are classified as Video, Livestream or Mixed Creators based on their ADG split between ShopeeLive and ShopeeVideo channels within the last 30 days:
Video: Creators who earn more than 90% of their ADG from Shopee Video
Livestream: Creators who earn more than 90% of their ADG from Livestream
Mixed Creator: Creators who earn less than 90% of their ADG from one channel, and more than 10% from the other channel.

**Mixed creators are subject only to the quantitative criteria of their majority channel (Majority channel= >50% of their ADG), and quality criteria for both (ShopeeVideo AND ShopeeLive).

Each user’s GT eligibility will be updated on a weekly basis, based on their ADG within the last 30 days and whether they have met the performance criteria within the previous week - their results will then be updated every Wednesday and reflected on their account via a GoldTick badge
I currently have the Gold Class Badge when I livestream. Will my badge be removed if I do not meet the criteria?
Effective 1 October 2025, the Gold Class Badge will be changed to the GoldTick Programme provided the streamers with an existing Gold Class Badge continue to meet the required standards. Creators who do not meet the required standards* during the stream quality assessment will have their GoldTick removed. The programme is designed to recognise and reward consistent high-quality streaming, and regular evaluations will be conducted to ensure all participants continue to meet the eligibility criteria.
⚠️Note:
The GoldTick badge will be refreshed on a weekly basis.
If I currently have the GoldTick now, when will I start receiving voucher rewards
GoldTick creators will begin receiving their exclusive voucher rewards starting 1 October 2025, when the programme officially launches.
Please note that to retain the GoldTick status after 1 October, streamers must meet the required criteria outlined in the table above under the “How to join these programmes? - GoldTick programme” segment.
