The following terms and conditions govern your participation in this Affiliate Welcome Reward missions.
Eligibility
This reward is open to new affiliates who successfully sign up for the Shopee Affiliate Program (“Affiliate”, “Participant”).
Participants must have a valid Shopee account and be approved as a Shopee Affiliate.
Each user is entitled to the Affiliate Welcome Reward once only, regardless of multiple sign-ups or accounts.
Shopee reserves the right to request proof of identity or any additional documents to verify affiliate eligibility and order validity. Participants who fail to provide requested verification within the stated period may be disqualified. Shopee shall have the right to clawback any rewards given in the event Shopee discovers any wrongdoing or breach committed by the affiliate.
Reward Details
New affiliates may earn up to RM15 Shopee Voucher reward by completing each of the missions below:
Mission 1: Generate an order through your affiliate link within 7 days of sign-up to earn RM5 Shopee Voucher.
Mission 2: Generate next order after completing Mission 1 through your affiliate link within 6 days of Mission 1 completion to earn RM5 Shopee Voucher.
Mission 3: Generate next order after completing Mission 1 through your affiliate link within 5 days of Mission 2 completion to earn RM5 Shopee Voucher.
Each mission reward will be credited separately to the affiliate’s voucher wallet within 14 working days after the respective order is successfully completed.
Shopee will not be liable for any delay or failure to credit rewards due to inaccurate ShopeePay details, account suspension, or other reasons beyond Shopee’s reasonable control. Rewards that cannot be credited within 60 days from mission completion for reasons attributable to the participant may be forfeited and Shopee shall have no further liability towards the Participant.
Completion Criteria
Orders must be generated through:
Affiliate links shared on social media platforms,
Affiliate livestreams on Shopee Live, or
Affiliate content on Shopee Video.
An order is considered complete when the buyer has clicked “Order Received” in the Shopee app and no cancellation/refund request is made within the return period.
Self-purchases or fraudulent activities (e.g. fake orders, duplicate accounts) will not be counted towards eligibility.
General Terms
The rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into other forms of compensation.
Rewards are given on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability.
Shopee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Welcome Reward missions at any time without prior notice.
Shopee also reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.
Shopee reserves the right to audit accounts and disqualify any participant found engaging in suspicious activity such as self-purchases, collusion, mass account creation, or other manipulative behaviour. Any attempt to exploit the programme (including technical glitches, bugs, or system loopholes) may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
Shopee shall not be responsible for any technical issues (e.g. connectivity problems, system downtime) that may affect participation.
Shopee’s decision regarding all matters related to the Affiliate Welcome Reward shall be final and binding.
By participating, affiliates agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and Shopee Affiliate Program policies.
