How to Navigate the Affiliate Dashboard

The Shopee Affiliate Dashboard helps you monitor your affiliate performance, view your Username and Affiliate ID, check order details, and download reports.

View Your Affiliate Account Details
You can view your Username, Affiliate ID, and Referral Code in your Affiliate Account Settings.

  • Open the Shopee app and go to the Me tab.
  • Scroll down and tap Shopee Affiliate.

  • Tap the Settings icon.

  • Select Account Settings.

  • Under Account Settings, you can view:

    • Username: Your Shopee account identity.

    • Affiliate ID: Your unique identification number as a Shopee Affiliate.

    • Referral Code: Your unique code for referring new affiliates.

How to Refer a Friend
You can invite friends to join the Shopee Affiliate Programme and earn commissions together.

  • Open the Shopee app and go to the Me tab.

  • Scroll down and tap Shopee Affiliate.

  • Go to Account.

  • Tap Refer a Friend.

  • Choose one of the following:

    • Copy and share your unique referral link.

    • Copy and share your referral code.

    • Tap Refer Now to share the invitation directly through your preferred platform.

  • Your friend must register as a Shopee Affiliate using your referral link or referral code and complete the onboarding process.

Once your friend has successfully registered, you can start collaborating and earning commissions together.

Monitor Your Affiliate Performance

You can monitor your performance in the Shopee app through the Shopee Affiliate Dashboard.

  • Open the Shopee app and go to the Me tab.

  • Scroll down and tap Shopee Affiliate.

  • Go to Conversion to view order status

  • Click order ID to check order statuses.

  • Tap the information icon beside a metric to view its definition.

View and Export Reports

  • Login to Shopee Affiliate and go to the Shopee Affiliate Dashboard.

  • Select Report.

  • Select Conversion Report to view order details.

  • Use the available filters to find specific orders.

  • Select Export to download the report.
