1. How do I withdraw funds from ShopeePay? 

There are two types of sub-wallets in ShopeePay which are Transferable and Non-transferable balances.
 
  • Transferable balance includes top-ups made from online banking, Maybank2u, and debit cards
  • Non-transferable balance is top-ups made from credit cards and cash
  • Only Transferable balances are withdrawable and transferable to other users
 
Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Step 1: Click on Transfer 
Step 2: Select Withdrawal 
Step 3: Click on Add New Bank Account
Step 4: Fill out your Bank Details
Step 5: Click on Confirm 
Step 6: Once submitted, it will be Under Review
Step 7: Once approved, select your Saved Bank Account for withdrawal
Step 8: Enter the Withdrawal Amount
Step 9: Enter the Withdrawal Purpose
Step 10: Click on Next
Step 11: Review details
Step 12: Click on Transfer Now
Step 13: Click on OK
 
⚠️Note:
 
  • You can only withdraw to your bank account. Any withdrawals to a bank account that is not in your name will be rejected, including joint bank accounts. 
  • You can submit your withdrawal on the weekends/ public holidays but note that it will take 1-3 working days to be processed
  • You can't withdraw funds without verifying your identity
  • The minimum amount for withdrawal is RM1.00.
  • You can review your withdrawal details under Last Transactions
  • Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once a request has been made
