Before you initiate a money transfer, please ensure that your recipient has completed a one-time setup in their AliPay app.

For your recipient to receive funds from overseas through a AliPay e-wallet, the recipient must complete a one-time onboarding process via the mini program “闪速收款”. 

⚠️ If the recipient has not completed this process, your overseas transfer will fail.

To help your recipient complete the setup, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: On the homepage, tap the "Search bar" 
Step 2: Search for “闪速收款”

Step 3: Click into the “闪速收款” mini program

Step 4: User will be redirected to the mini program

Step 5: Click on “去填写” (fill in) from “实名认证身份信息” (Verify personal information) card

Step 6: Click on “同意” (agree)
Step 7: Click on ”去设置“ (set up) from “开通收款方式” (set up receiving method) card
Step 8: Check the T&C box and click on “同意” (agree)
Step 9: User will be redirected to this page if the receiving method has been set
Step 10: User profile completed and receiving overseas funds is now enabled

⚠️ Once the steps above have been completed by your recipient, you may initiate the overseas transfer with ShopeePay.
