Unsuccessful Withdrawal (Failed/Rejected)
Ensure the bank account number registered with ShopeeFood is correct.
If your account number is incorrect, fill out this form to update your account number.
If your account number is correct, inform Customer Service (avoid spamming your request). ShopeeFood team will verify the issue and provide updates on the ShopeeFood Delivery Partners Telegram platform.
Your patience is appreciated. You will be notified once the issue is resolved (your withdrawal amount will be re-credited to your Driver Wallet).
Make the withdrawal from your Driver Wallet again.
Successful Withdrawal but Money Not Credited to Bank Account
Contact ShopeeFood Customer Service to check the status of your withdrawal.
Avoid spamming Customer Service with complaints. Wait for confirmation from ShopeeFood.

Time Taken for Money Transfer from Driver Wallet to Bank Account
Transfers from the Driver Wallet to your bank account are immediate.
Checking for Discrepancies in the Driver Wallet Balance
If you notice any deductions from your Driver Wallet, kindly check your order history for any COD orders. COD orders will deduct the appropriate amount from your Driver Wallet since you have received that amount in cash.
If you are found to have stolen orders or failed to deliver orders to customers, ShopeeFood will deduct money from your Driver Wallet.
Additional Security for Driver Wallet
Set a password for the Driver app to ensure your ShopeeFood Driver account is secure in case of loss or theft of your smartphone.
