Every transaction related to delivery tasks is recorded in the ShopeeFood Driver app. The ShopeeFood system allows Delivery Partners to top up and withdraw directly from the app at any time.
Refer to the diagram below for more information about the basic details of the Delivery Partner's E-Wallet.
1) Top Up
Main Menu > My Wallet > Top Up > Enter the amount you wish to top up > Select Payment Method > Click Top Up (Your Top Up summary will be displayed in the Top Up & Withdrawal History)
✅ Kindly note that Delivery Partners must have a positive balance (RM1 and above) in their Driver App E-Wallet to start receiving tasks.
2) Withdrawal
Main Menu > My Wallet > Withdraw > Select Account for money transfer > Enter withdrawal amount > Click Withdraw
(Your summary will be displayed in the Top Up & Withdrawal History)
IMPORTANT NOTE
If the bank account shown is incorrect, you must update it by contacting ShopeeFood Customer Service.
ShopeeFood Delivery Partners can make withdrawals ranging from RM1 to RM500 at one time.
ShopeeFood Delivery Partners can only make a maximum of 3 withdrawals per day.
3) Income Statement
Contact ShopeeFood Customer Service via Live Chat (Expected 7 working days to receive a copy of the income statement)

What is the minimum balance required in my E-wallet to receive order tasks?
Delivery Partners must have at least RM1 to receive tasks.
What is the minimum balance required in my E-wallet to receive COD tasks?
Delivery Partners are advised to have a minimum of RM50 to receive COD tasks.
Are tips given by customers through the ShopeeFood app included in the Delivery Partner's income statement?
Yes, Delivery Partners can check the tips given by customers in the transaction page of the Driver app.
