ShopeeFood is introducing a new feature to ease Delivery Partners' access to income statements. Delivery Partners can now access comprehensive data regarding their monthly wage rates.
This income statement will be provided to you monthly via your registered email and can also be viewed through the ShopeeFood Driver application.
Refer to the diagram below for steps on accessing your income statement:
-Click 'My Wallet' on the Main Menu > Click 'Income Summary'
-Click on the icon at the top right of your Driver application screen
-You will be given the option to view the income statement or receive it via email
-Click 'View' to directly access your income statement
-Your income statement will be displayed in PDF format
-Click 'Send to Email' to send the income statement to your registered ShopeeFood email
-Click 'Confirm' to verify the system to send the income statement to your email
-You will receive a notification once the system successfully sends the email (Information will be sent based on your email in 'Settings' > 'My Account')

-You will receive your income statement in PDF format
-Ensure your email is accurate and registered with ShopeeFood Driver
-You can review your monthly income summary (Income & Deductions), daily details for that month, and your expenses details
Important Note
Income statements for the previous month will be available on the 8th and 9th of each month
If a Delivery Partner did not perform any transactions in the previous month, the income statement report will not be available
If you need to update your correct email, please submit a request through this form.
You can also download your monthly E-invoice via the Driver app. Refer to the diagram below for the step-by-step process.
