[ShopeeFood Delivery Partner] Hub Feature: Introduction & Usage Guide

Introduction

The Hub feature allows Delivery Partners to select their preferred zone and time slot for deliveries. These zones will be set by ShopeeFood from time to time.

Requirements for Joining the Hub Feature

  • Successfully complete a high number of orders within the Hub area.

  • Maintain a high completion rate.

  • The current Hub areas are:

    • Klang Valley: Ampang, Petaling Jaya, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, Batu Caves, Kepong, Cheras, Puchong, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, Kajang, Putrajaya, Setia Alam, Seri Kembangan, Semenyih, and Subang Bestari.

    • Johor: Johor Bahru, Tebrau, Skudai

    • Penang: Georgetown, Bayan Lepas

    • Sabah: Kota Kinabalu

Hub Feature Bonus Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Hub Feature bonus, the following conditions must be met:

  • Achieve a completion rate (CR) of at least 85%.

  • Stay active in the Hub area for at least 80% of your total slot time.

(Stay active = Keep the Driver app online (avoid logging out) during your hub slot shift)

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I receive orders from outside the Hub area while working in the Hub feature?

    • You will not receive any orders from outside the Hub area during the time you have booked and are working in the Hub feature.

  2. When will the slots be available for booking?

    • Delivery Partners can view the work schedule for the current week and also the upcoming 2 weeks. However, bookings can only be made a week before the slot starts.

  3. Can I book a slot on the same day? (For example, booking a slot at 10 AM for 2 PM later that day)

    • Yes, you can book available slots at least 10 minutes before the slot starts.

  4. Am I allowed to cancel a booked Hub slot?

    • Yes, you can cancel, but you cannot cancel within 30 minutes before the slot starts. Cancelled slots cannot be rebooked.

  5. What is the difference between Hub orders and regular (Non-Hub) orders?

    • Delivery distance for Hub orders is shorter.

    • Delivery time for Hub orders is shorter.

    • The Hub incentive scheme is more attractive.

    • (Completed Hub orders will not be counted towards the regular incentive scheme but will be counted for the Hub incentive scheme.)

  6. Can I perform both Hub and regular (Non-Hub) orders on the same day?

    • Yes, you can still perform both Hub and regular orders on the same day.

  7. What happens if I miss or am late for my booked slot?

    • If you miss your slot, further action may be taken if this occurs repeatedly.

    • If you are late for your slot, you may face follow-up actions and may not qualify for the hub bonus criteria.
