Please note that this insurance operates on a pay-and-claim basis and coverage is only applicable during working hours.

Claim Process


Step 1: Prepare the Required Documents According to the Case/Condition

Step 2: Scan and Email Documents

  • Scan the relevant documents and email them to claim@policystreet.com within 14 days from the date of the accident.

Step 3: Submit Original Documents

  • Send the original required documents to the following address:
