You can refer anyone who:

• Is 18 years old and above

• Has a motorcycle licence (B2)

• Owns a motorcycle

• Is not yet registered as a ShopeeFood Delivery Partner

Your friend only needs to fill out the referral form (https://bit.ly/RujukdanRaihBOS) along with your unique referral code.

Below is an example of the notification sent to the Driver app where you can get your unique referral code.

If your friend completes 15 orders within 15 days from the activation date, you will receive a RM25 referral bonus! Easy, right?

Terms and Conditions

1. A referral is considered valid only when the referred friend's account is activated within the campaign period (1 May 2023 - 30 June 2024) and completes 15 orders within 15 days from the activation date.
   
   

2. The referred friend must fill out and complete the referral form with ACCURATE information, otherwise, the referral will be considered invalid.
   a. The phone number entered must be the same as the phone number used to register with ShopeeFood.
   b. Your unique referral code must be entered correctly by your friend.
   
   

3. Other methods of referral, such as using an IC number, phone number, or email, will not be accepted for this campaign.
   
   

4. Bonus payments will not be credited for failed document submissions, activations outside the campaign period, or failure to meet the order completion criteria.
   
   

5. This campaign is only open to (the referring Delivery Partners and the referred individuals) in the areas of Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah, and Perak.

1) When will the Refer & Earn bonus be credited to my Driver wallet?

If your referred friend meets the criteria (15 orders within 15 days) on any day of the week, the Refer & Earn bonus will be credited to your Driver Wallet on the following Wednesday.

2) Where can I get the campaign referral form to share with my friends?

The referral form can be found in the notification section of your Driver app. Please ensure your friend enters your unique referral code in the form. (Refer to the visual poster above)

3) How will I be informed if my referred friend's account has been activated?

You will receive a notification via WhatsApp when your friend's account has been activated.

4) How will I know if I will receive the Refer & Earn bonus?

You will receive a notification via WhatsApp when ShopeeFood credits the bonus to your Driver wallet.

5) How can I monitor the status and progress of my Refer & Earn campaign?

You can track your referrals' progress (from the number of referred friends to the total bonuses credited to you) HERE.

6) Will I still be eligible for the referral bonus if my referred friend’s account is activated but they do not complete 15 orders within 15 days from the activation date?

No, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus for that referral. You are encouraged to monitor your referrals' progress and ensure they complete 15 orders within 15 days after activation.
