Option groups refer to customizable sets of choices or variations offered for specific menu items. These option groups allow buyers to customize their orders based on preferences or dietary restrictions, such as choosing the spiciness of food, the sweetness and temperature of drinks and more.

(Please note that only admin accounts can update/create option groups, please check your account type before proceeding to the next step.)

Here are the steps to update the options group:

1. Once you have login to our Shopee Partner Web, go to “Menu Management”.

2. Select the store that you wish to upload your menu, and click “Apply”.

3. Go to the Option Group tab, and click “Create Option Group”.

4. Provide all the necessary information needed for the option group.

5. You can set Selection Limits for the option group.

6. Upon completion, click “Create” to include the new option group in your dish.
