Optimise your menu by categorising your dishes so customers can easily browse and find items. Well-organised menu categories help customers navigate your store menu more efficiently.

How to create a new category?

 

Step 1: Log in to the Shopee Partner Web. Go to the Menu and select the store you want to add a new category to.

 

 

Step 2: Click Create Category, enter the category name (e.g., Main Dishes, Snacks, Side Dishes, Drinks), then click Done.

 

 

How to edit / delete a category?

 

Step 1: Go to the Menu tab. Under the Menu Category List, select the category you wish to rename or delete. Click the three dots to proceed.

• Rename: Select Rename, update the category name, then click Done.
• Delete: Select Delete, confirm with OK.
