[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to manage Out of Stock dishes via Partner App?
Running out of ingredients? No worries! You can now mark dishes as 'Unavailable' in the Partner App to prevent customers from ordering dishes you can’t prepare. This helps reduce cancellations and keeps your store running smoothly.
3 options are available for the merchant to choose according to their needs when they toggle off the ‘stock availability of a dish, an option group, or an option :
Mark Dish as Unavailable | Description |
Today | The dish would be out of stock from the moment to 23:59:59 of the day |
Turn Off Forever | The dish would be out of stock until the user toggle on the 'stock availability‘ |
Other Time | A date & time picker would be displayed and the dish would be out of stock from the start time until the end time. |
