2. Can I book an activity on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. Just be sure to provide their details when finalizing your booking details to make a booking on behalf of your family and friends.
Do note that some Shopee vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person whose details are indicated on the voucher. As such, please ensure that you have entered the correct guest details when making your booking.
3. What can I do if I haven't received my booking confirmation email?
If the confirmation time has passed , kindly:

Depending on the cancellation policy of the event or ticket, you can request a refund if applicable via Shopee Customer Service.

6. What should I do if I did not receive my email ticket or e-ticket?
In most cases, users will receive booking confirmation (PDF file) by email within 30 minutes of booking completion. If user still haven't received it after that time, may advise:
i. To search for “booking.id@shopee.com” or keyword ’ in junk/spam mail
ii. Resend email from Shopee App: Find your Order Details under My Orders > Resend E-Ticket > Check user’s email again

7. How can I use e-ticket to enter event?
You can print or show the e-ticket at the entrance.
8. Will I be charged if cancel ticket?
Different products have different cancellation policies which are stated in the ticket types.
For cancellable products, please contact our customer support to find out more.
For the Terms & Conditions of the reservation, kindly refer to Event Policies respectively.
9. Where can I find the cancellation policy?
When searching for the event, you may view the cancellation policy under terms and conditions. You may also find this information on booking order details.
10. Can I cancel a ticket?
Depending on the cancellation policy of the event of the ticket. You can request for a refund if applicable by contacting our customer support team.
11. How can I view my refund request status and when will I get the refund?
Refunds will be deposited back into your e-wallet automatically. Please contact our customer support team to check on the status.
12. Can I use Voucher or Shopee coins to redeem?
Yes, you can use your voucher and spend Shopee coins at checkout. You will not earn Shopee Coins for purchasing event tickets.
13. What happens if I am already at the event but have an issue to enter?
Please contact our customer support team immediately if you are having issues entering the event.
14. What to do when an event is canceled by GlobalTix or organizers?
GlobalTix will inform Shopee of any events canceled and orders affected. Our customer support team will get in touch with all affected users via email.
