3) How do I Purchase Bongo?

Step 1: To purchase, select "Online Subscription" under the Tickets, Top-ups & Bills section on the Shopee App homepage

Step 2: Select Entertainment

Step 3: Checkout

Step 4: Redeem Voucher or Coins

Step 5: Select Payment Option

Step 6: Pay Now

 

4) When will I receive my order confirmation?

Pin Topup will be available through “View Order Details” once payment is completed.

 

5) What can I do if I haven't received my order confirmation?

Get in touch with our customer support agents through Me > Click on your booking > "Chat with us".

 

6) What is the maximum PIN that I can purchase per day?

There is no maximum checkout limit per day.

 

7) Is there an expiry date for my Promo Code?

Yes, you may refer to your Order Details Page to check for its validity time and date.

 

8) How can I cancel/refund my booking?

No refund will be allowed once the purchase is made. Kindly contact our Customer support team should you require further assistance.

If you're contacting us regarding an existing booking, please include the following information in your enquiry to help us resolve your problem more quickly.

  • Your full name (as stated on your booking)
  • Your active email address
  • Your booking Order ID (which looks like: 26675XXXXXXXXXXXXXX)
  • The details of your request

 

10) How can I redeem my Bongo PIN?

Step 1: Login to your Bongo account.

Step 2: Select your profile settings and tap “Promo Code”.

Step 3: Enter purchase Promo Code and click on Submit to complete the redemption.

 

11) Can I use Voucher or Shopee coins to redeem?

Yes, you can use your voucher and spend Shopee coins at checkout. You will not earn Shopee Coins for purchasing Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold.
