Bank Maintenance Schedule

 

Please be aware that there'll be routine bank maintenance during the Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day Sale 2024; the maintenance schedule is shown below:

 

  • Maybank [08 September 2024, 11:30pm - 11:59pm]
  • RHB [09 September 2024, 12:00am – 12:10am]
  • BSN [09 September 2024, 12:00am – 12:15am]
  • Agro Bank [09 September 2024, 12:00am - 12:30am]
 

The payment option will be grayed out for that bank. Please refresh the page and try again after the maintenance is over.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

1) My order status remains “To Pay” after I've made payment and the amount has been deducted from my bank. Why is this happening?

 

There may be a delay in order status syncing due to the high volume of transactions on the campaign day. If you encounter this issue, you may attempt to make another payment for the order. You can either:

  • Switch to other available payment methods, whereby you can reattempt immediately
  • Remain with the same payment method but re-attempt at a less congested time (ideally after 1-2 hours)

 

2) How about the amount that was already deducted from the previous payment attempt?

 

  • As for the deducted amount from the initial payment attempt, the refund will be processed based on your initial payment method.
  • The refund process is different for each payment method:

3) ShopeePay top-up failed/ not reflected after bank amount deduction.

 

Please contact our Customer Service via Internet Call with the payment deduction proof and we'll revert to you within 24 hours.

4) Unable to apply the Free Shipping Vouchers.

 

Please check the following details of the voucher that you are trying to apply:

(a) Payment method used:

Please ensure that you're using the correct payment method that's specifically tied to the voucher.

 

(b) Item eligibility:

Some vouchers are only applicable to selected items. You can check if your item is eligible by clicking on ‘Use Now’ or ‘T&C’ on the voucher.

 

(c) Voucher cap limit:

Your voucher may have a cap limit (e.g. a 70% voucher capped at RM6. The maximum discount will be RM6).

 

(d) Limited Redemption:

Each voucher has a limited number available for redemption. Please ensure there's no ‘Fully Redeemed’ tag on the voucher.
