You can use  J&T Cargo as a Shopee Free Return courier for items weighing up to 80kg effective 4 December 2025.

Once your return request is approved, you can return the item(s) to the seller within 6 days using Shopee Free Returns with J&T Cargo at zero shipping cost!

What’s the return process for Shopee Free Return with J&T Cargo?

1. Raise request in the app and print Return Label

Step 1: Go to ‘Me’ tab and click ‘My Purchase’. Select ‘Return Refund’ and select the order

Step 2: Tap 'Select Shipping Option'. Click ‘Pick Up’ and select ‘Confirm’

Step 3: On the return/refund page details, you can print the return label by emailing it to yourself or download it

💡 Tip: If your haven’t done it, you can verify your email address by going to ‘Account Settings’

2. Generate tracking number and wait for parcel to be picked up

After clicking ‘Confirm’, a tracking number will be generated. J&T Cargo will collect the parcel from the buyer’s pickup address during the selected pickup time.

💡 Tip: Find out J&T Cargo’s list of dangerous goods and prohibited items.

⚠️ Important note:

• All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
• Seller has 5 days to assess the item(s) condition and make a return decision
• If a dispute arises, our Dispute team will mediate
• The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method
