Refunds for successfully cancelled or refunded orders will be initiated immediately, based on the payment method used. The refund process and time period are different for each payment method used.

Credit Card / Debit Card / Credit Card Instalment

Payment will be credited to the card used within 3-5 working days, depending on the card-issuing bank.

ShopeePay

Payment will be credited to your ShopeePay account within 24 hours. You can use it for future purchases or withdraw it after you have updated your bank account details.

SPayLater

Your corresponding SPayLater transaction will not be billed and your SPayLater refund transaction will be reflected on your SPayLater homepage within 24 hours.

DuitNow

Payment will be deposited into the original account within 2 working days.

Online Banking (iPay88 & MolPay)Payment will be deposited into the original account within 2 working days

ApplePay

Payment will be credited to the ApplePay wallet within 3-5 working days.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

For refunds related to COD (Cash on Delivery), you can contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page.

You will be notified via in-app notifications and email once your refund is processed. To check the update on your refund request, you may click on the Notification Tab > Order Updates
