ShopeeFood may cancel your order if:
1. The driver raises a cancellation request due to bad weather, the store being closed, an accident, or any other valid reason for order cancellation. Nevertheless, it is recommended for drivers to always notify the buyers prior to cancellation.
2. Merchants raise a cancellation request (ie: out of stock, store closure)
3. The system auto-cancels due to no driver being assigned within the stipulated time for your order. You may refer to HERE for information.
4. Some technical glitches with the ShopeeFood system may cause the order to be automatically cancelled. You may always contact the customer service team if your payment is not refunded in such situations.
