Brushing is a dishonest activity where sellers create fake orders, reviews, likes, or followers to boost their shop’s reputation or product ranking on Shopee.

These actions can mislead buyers and affect the overall shopping experience. If you notice any suspicious activity, you can help keep Shopee safe by reporting it.

🔍 How to Report Brushing Activities

1️⃣ Reporting Fake Orders (Brushed Orders)

If you think a seller is creating fake orders to increase a product's sold count, here’s how you can report it:

📱 Shopee App:

1. Go to the product page and tap the three dots (⋯) at the top right.

2. Select Report this product.

3. Choose Order Brushing as the reason.

4. Fill in the relevant details.

5. Tap Report to submit.

💻 Shopee Website:

1. On the product page, click Report at the top right.

2. Choose Order Brushing as the reason.

3. Fill in the details.

4. Click Send Report.

2️⃣ Reporting Fake Reviews (Brushed Reviews)

If a product has suspicious or misleading reviews

1. Tap the More Options (⋯) icon on the product page

2. Choose Report this Product

3. Select Other Violations as the reason

3️⃣ Reporting Shops with Fake Followers/Likes

If a shop seems to have gained likes or followers through dishonest means:

1. Go to the shop homepage

2. Tap the More Options (⋯) icon

3. Choose Report this Shop

4. Select Others as the reason
