[ShopeeFood Merchant] Why do I receive the error “This account has been linked with Shopee account. Please reset your password on Shopee.” after I key in my phone number during a password reset?
Your current business account phone number has been linked to your personal Shopee account.
To continue resetting your Partner App login password, you will need to reset it from the Shopee app. You may click here to learn more.
1. Click the Me icon in your Shopee App. | 2. Go to Settings | 3. Go to 5 |
4. Click Change Password | 5. It will prompt you to enter your current password before changing to a new password |
