[Shipping Returns] How do I ship my parcel using the Self Arrange Method?

You can self-arrange the return shipment of your parcel using traceable mailing options (with tracking number provided).


What’s the return process for Self-Arrange?

You can ship out your product via any courier company. Do ensure the following details are included:


  1. Order ID and/or Return Request ID
  2. Seller Return Address as indicated on the Refund Details page


⚠️ Important note:


  1. All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
  2. Seller is given 5 days to inspect the condition of the item(s) and to make a decision on the return case
  3. In all scenarios where either party decides to dispute the decision, Shopee's Dispute Team will be involved in the mediation
  4. The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method
