[Customer Service] How do I contact Shopee Customer Service? (Internet Call)

We introduced a new Internet Call feature on our Shopee app on 27 December 2023. This feature allows you to connect directly with our Shopee Customer Service representative and is free of charge.

Moving forward, all users (buyers and sellers) who wish to speak to our Shopee CS can place a call to us by finding the "Internet Call" option on their Help Center page within the Shopee app.

 

⚠️Note:

 

  • Our Telco hotline number will be removed from all Shopee official pages (i.e. Help Centre, Seller Education Hub)
 
  • Users are still able to call Shopee via the hotline number for now. However, Telco Call will gradually phase out in the future

 

Guide for Users

 

Step 1: Go to the Shopee App > Click 'Me'

Step 2: Scroll down > Click on 'Help Center'

Step 3: Under Help Center > Click 'Internet Call'

Step 4: When clicked on 'Internet Call' > Select Buyer or Seller
Step 5: Once you select Buyer or Seller > Click the type of enquiry you would like to inquire about > The app will connect with the Shopee Customer Service agent
