[Shopee Video] What is Shopee Video?

Shopee Video provides a space for Shopee Users to socialise and interact with one another via videos. With Shopee Video, you can watch videos as a viewer or create them as a Creator.
Accessing Shopee Video
Select the ‘Shopee Video’ icon on the bottom navigation bar - you’ll be taken directly to the Trending page when you do this.
Navigating Shopee Video
Function | Description |
Tab Switch | Change between tabs by swiping right/left at the top of the page. You can also select the following: • Following tab: Shows videos from Creators you follow • Trending tab: Shows video recommendations based on your interests and those of other Shopee users |
View Next Video | Swipe the screen up to see the next video or swiping the screen down to return to the previous video |
Refresh Video | Swipe down on the first video or press either the Following tab or Trending tab |
Pause/Play Video | Tap the screen one (1) time to pause the video. You can resume the video by tapping the screen once again |
Interacting on Shopee Video
Interaction | Instruction |
Follow a Creator | Select the ‘+’ icon on the Creator's profile photo to follow the Creator. |
Like a video | Select the ‘♥’ icon or tap the video screen two (2) times to like the video |
Commenting on videos | Tap the ‘Comment’ icon to comment on the video. You can also like other people's comments on this menu. |
Share videos | Click the ‘Share’ icon to share videos with fellow Shopee users or on social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). You can also report videos via this menu. |
Following Voice | Tap the ‘Voice Title’ to be taken to the Voice Page. You can follow the music or sounds and use them in your videos |
Adding Products to Shopee Video
Step 1: Record your video then click ‘Next’
Step 2: Select ‘Add Product’ and pick your products
Step 3: Tap ‘Post’
💡 Tip:
- You can add up to 6 products only to your video
⚠️ Note:
- The coins earned from Shopee Video will not expire unless you withdraw them to your Shopee Coins Wallet. Once withdrawn, they will be credited to your Shopee Coins Wallet immediately and will expire at the end of the 3rd month after being credited (e.g., coins earned in January will expire on 31st March).
- There is no limit on the number of coins that you can keep on the Shopee Video Rewards page.
