[SPayLater] Why do my SPayLater bills still have an outstanding amount when I have already paid?

Please note that your SPayLater bill will be generated either on the 1st, 11th or the 21st of each month, depending on your billing date. Your bill will include all completed orders within your billing cycle. If there are any new orders completed during the billing cycle, you will still have to pay the remaining amount. 
 
To check your repayment details for a specific billing term, you can follow these steps:
 

Access SPayLater via the Shopee or ShopeePay app.

Step 1: Go to SPayLater homepage

Step 2: Click on ‘Transaction

Step 3: Select ‘Repayment’ under the type of transactions

Step 4: Select the Bill Repayment transaction

Step 5: Click on the Bill 

Step 6: View the Bill Details
