1. What is Auto Subscription? 

Auto Subscription is a feature that can help you set up recurring prepaid and data package transactions on Shopee monthly.
 
2. How do I activate the Auto Subscription feature? 

Follow the steps below to activate the Auto Subscription payment feature:

Step 1: Click on the See More icon on the homepage
Step 2: Click on Prepaids, Bills & Tickets
Step 3: Click on Add Subscription+
Step 4: Choose the Product or Bill you wish to activate the auto-debit feature
Step 5: Fill out Subscription Details
Step 6: Select Denomination 
Step 7: Choose among the Payment Denominations
Step 8: Select Frequency
Step 9: Pick your preferred payment Frequency and auto-debit Date
Step 10: Tick the Terms & Conditions box
Step 11: Click on Confirm
Step 12: Click on I Agree
Step 13: Click OK
Step 14: View your subscription details 

3. How do I stop an Auto Subscription payment that is still active? 

Follow the steps below to stop an Auto Subscription Payment: 
 
Step 1: Click on Prepaid, Bills & Tickets 
Step 2: Select Auto Subscription Payment
Step 3: Choose the active auto subscription you wish to cancel
Step 4: Click on Delete
Step 5: Pick your Cancellation Reason
Step 6: Click on Confirm
Step 7: Select Yes
Step 8: Enter your ShopeePay PIN

4. What payment methods are available for the Auto Subscription Payment feature? 

Currently, the available payment method for the Subscription Payment feature is only through ShopeePay.
 
5. How would I know whether my Auto Subscription is successful? 

You will receive an email notification from Shopee once the subscription plan has been successfully activated. 

6. Why is my Auto Subscription status unsuccessful? 

If your subscription is unsuccessful, it's likely due to insufficient funds in your ShopeePay Wallet. Kindly make sure that your ShopeePay Wallet is topped up with enough funds for deduction before trying again. Provided the issue still persists, please seek our customer support for further assistance through the channels at the bottom of the page.  

7. When is the payment deduction for the renewal subscription? 

Payment deduction from your ShopeePay wallet will be made monthly from the date you subscribe. As an example, if the selected schedule for the transaction begins on the 10th day of the month after subscribing, then the following transaction will also take place on the 10th day of the following month.

8. What happens if I have insufficient funds during payment deduction? 

If the payment deduction fails for the account, you will receive an email notification reminder from Shopee. The notification will inform you about the failed deduction and remind you to check your ShopeePay Wallet to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid any potential issues.
 
9. Can I change the payment method for my active Auto Subscription?
 
No. As for now, payment can only be made through ShopeePay.
