An empty parcel refers to a parcel/box/envelope that contains nothing or contains irrelevant item(s) that do not match the item(s) a buyer should receive based on their order.
If you received an empty parcel, here’s what you need to do:
Take photo(s) and/or video(s) of the product showing the received empty parcel
Take photo(s) and/or video(s) showing the condition of the internal and external packaging of the parcel
