[Return Refund] How do I raise a return/refund request? - Incomplete/Missing product

You may raise for return/refund if you receive incomplete items in the parcel. The scenarios may be:

 

  • Missing part(s) of the item including its accessories, free gift, etc OR

  • Missing part(s) of the order which refers to the number of items per order


You may select all items or a partial quantity for items you wish to Return or Refund.

 

Evidence Requirement:


  • Photo(s) and/or video of the parcel received and the products it contains

  • Photo(s) and/or video(s) showing the condition of the internal and external packaging of the parcel

💡 Guidelines for Evidence:


  • File size: 10 MB/photo, 30 MB/video (up to 1 min)

  • Clear, quality evidence (close-ups for defects)

  • Video evidence is recommended for faulty product returns

  • Include negotiation history with a seller, if applicable
