[My Account] How to reclaim your phone number for your Shopee Account?

You can reclaim your mobile phone number and link it to your current account by following the steps below:

Step 1: At the Phone Number Registered page, click on No, Bind Phone to My Current Account
Step 2: Click on Send to WhatsApp or choose Other Methods for Call/SMS verification
Step 3: Enter the Verification Code sent to your phone number
Step 4: A Pop-Up Message will appear indicating you have successfully reclaimed your phone number and it is now bound to your current account

However, if you do not wish to link your phone number to your current account, simply click on Yes, Log In Now and enter the Verification Code as per usual.

Given that your mobile phone number is already registered to another active Shopee account, the following error message will appear:

Follow the steps below if you wish to use a different phone number for your current account:

Step 1: Click on Use A Different Phone Number
Step 2: Enter your New Phone Number
Step 3: Click on Next

Alternatively, you can click on the Learn More button to understand why this error message is appearing for your account.
