[Delivery] What is the 2-Day Delivery shipping option?

What is 2-Day Delivery?
 
The 2-Day Delivery Channel is a shipping option that guarantees the delivery of orders within 2 working days. 
 
Place and pay for your order before 12PM, and you'll get it in two working days! For example, order by 12PM on Monday, and you'll have it by Wednesday. Even if you missed the cut-off time, you will still get your order by Thursday. 
 
You can find this shipping option by following the steps below via the search filter:

 

Step 1: Click on the Filter button 

Step 2: Click on Show More under Shipping Option 

Step 3: Select 2-Day Delivery 

Step 4: Click on Apply 

Step 5: View options based on the filter

 ⚠️ Note:
 

• 2-Day Delivery is currently available only for selected sellers and within West Malaysia 
• 2-Day Delivery applies only to orders placed on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
• Eligible products for 2-Day Delivery will appear at the checkout otherwise the product or address does not qualify.

 

For the 2-day delivery shipping option, please note the weight and dimension limitations for orders are as follows:

 

• Maximum Weight: 30 kg
• Maximum Dimensions: 125 cm (Length) x 125 cm (Width) x 125 cm (Height)

If you do not receive your 2-Day Delivery order on the expected delivery day, you can claim a compensation voucher on the Order Details Page.
