Why hasn’t my tier increased?
Situation: Azzam is in the Pro category with a completion rate of 95% and a Driver Rating of 4.9. Why hasn’t Azzam moved up to the Supreme category?
Answer: Although Azzam meets all the Rating criteria, he likely hasn’t reached the required number of orders to advance to the Supreme category.
Why did my tier drop?
Situation: Jeremy is in the Supreme category this week and has met the required number of completed orders. However, Jeremy’s tier has dropped to Basic the following week.
Answer: In this situation, it is likely that Jeremy’s Driver Rating fell below 4.9 or/and his order completion rate dropped below 95% during that week. Jeremy needs to improve his rating and meet the specific criteria to move to a higher tier.
Can I skip tiers?
Situation: Raja is in the Basic category this week with a Driver Rating of 5.0 and a 95% completion and acceptance rate. The following week, Raja finds himself in the Supreme category. What caused Raja to skip the Pro category and go straight to Supreme?
Answer: Yes. Raja moved to the Supreme tier the following week because he met the order quantity criteria for the Supreme tier in the previous week. The order quantity criteria vary by state and will be updated from time to time.
