[Return Refund] What is In-transit Return/Refund by SPX Express?

Starting from 13 November 2024, buyers can request a Return/Refund while the parcel is still in transit.  This allows you to raise a request after the parcel has been picked up or dropped off, but before it arrives at the delivery hub. 

If the delivery takes longer than expected and the parcel has not yet reached the delivery hub, the In-transit Return/Refund window will remain open until the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). 

Here is the timeline for when you can start a Return/Refund request for your order:

 

 

⚠️ Note:

• In-transit Return/Refund requests only apply to orders delivered by SPX Express.
• Buyers can only raise an In-Transit Return/Refund request twice(2) for every order and five(5) overall requests in 30 days.
• The requests of In-transit R/R are subject to approval if the system is able to intercept the parcel

 

Follow the steps below to make an In-Transit Return/Refund request:

 

When making an In-transit Return/Refund request, you can choose one of these four reasons:

• Wrong order info: You made a mistake with the order quantity or variation.
• Input wrong address: You entered the wrong delivery address.
• I want to return item in original / sealed condition Return: Allows you to return eligible products within the Shopee Guarantee Period, provided the item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. (Learn more about this HERE.)

⚠️ Notes:

 

The following items are not eligible for In-transit Return/Refund requests:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, beverages, live plants)
• Virtual products (e.g., e-vouchers, tickets, services, digital games)
