Starting from 13 November 2024, you can now request a Return/Refund while your parcel is still on the way. You’ll be able to do this anytime after your parcel has been picked up or dropped off, but before it’s delivered to you.
Here is the timeline for when you can start a Return/Refund request for your order:

- In-transit Return/Refund requests only apply to orders delivered by SPX Express.
- Buyers can only raise an In-Transit Return/Refund request twice(2) for every order and five(5) overall requests in 30 days.
Follow the steps below to make an In-Transit Return/Refund request:
When making an In-transit Return/Refund request, you can choose one of these four reasons:- Wrong order info: You made a mistake with the order quantity or variation.
- Input wrong address: You entered the wrong delivery address.
- Change of mind: You’ve changed your mind and no longer want the item. (Learn more about Change of Mind returns/refunds.)
- The seller informed sending different items: The item you ordered is out of stock, and the seller sent a different version instead.
⚠️ Notes:
The following items are not eligible for In-transit Return/Refund requests:- Custom-made pre-order items
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, beverages, live plants)
- Virtual products (e.g., e-vouchers, tickets, services, digital games)
