[SFinancing-i] Why is the financing amount not fully disbursed to my chosen disbursement account?

The actual financing amount is inclusive of the wakalah fee and stamp duty. 

For example:

  • Actual Financing amount: RM20,000

  • Wakalah Fees: RM5

  • Stamp Duty: RM100

 
Financing amount disbursed: RM20,000 - RM5 - RM100= RM19,895
