Now, ShopeeFood buyers can conveniently place Scheduled Orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays. This feature allows you to select a preferred time slot for your order, up to 2 days in advance (e.g., if today is 18th Nov, you can schedule orders until 20th Nov).

Please note: Scheduled Orders depend on the store’s operating hours and availability.

How to Place a Scheduled Order

1. Open the ShopeeFood section in your Shopee app.

2. Browse and select your desired store.

3. After adding dishes to your cart, select the checkout button and choose the Order for Later option

4. Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot (based on the store’s available operating hours).

5. Review the updated dish availability and promotions (adjusted according to your selected schedule).

6. Proceed with payment using any accepted payment method (except Cash on Delivery (COD)).

Important Notes

1. Shipping Fee: The delivery fee will be calculated based on your selected schedule period.

2. Order Cancellation:

• For ASAP Orders, buyers can cancel within 10 seconds after the order is created/paid.

• For Scheduled Orders, buyers can cancel before the order reaches the processing time.
