[Return Refund] How do I return my item(s) using Shopee Free Return with Best Cargo?

Effective 04 February 2025, you can use Best Cargo as a Shopee Free Return courier for items weighing over 20kg (up to 500kg).
Once your return request is approved, you can return the item(s) to the seller within 6 days using Shopee Free Returns with Best Cargo at zero shipping cost!
Best Cargo will pick up the parcel from your doorstep. For your reference, view the list of Best Cargo outlets to find out if Best Cargo is available for Free Return Pick Up in your area.

Once you have successfully raised a request using our app 📱 and the request has been approved, you may then follow the steps below:

Here's how to enjoy Free Returns with Best Cargo:
Once you have successfully raised a request using our app 📱 and the request has been approved, you may then follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select Pick Up on the Return/Refund Details Page of your order
Step 2: Click on Confirm
Step 3: The courier will be selected based on your area
Step 4: You can either show the Barcode to the driver or Print & Paste the Barcode along with the Tracking Number on the parcel
Pack the product 📦
Once you have done the above, you can begin packing the product in its original packaging along with any free gifts, parts and accessories. This includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product.
Await Pick Up 📄
Ensure the parcel is ready for pick up on the confirmed date and time. You can either print out the Barcode along with the tracking number and paste it on the parcel to make it easier for the driver or just show the Barcode to the driver to scan it when they arrive at your destination address.
⚠️ Note:
- All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
- If a dispute arises, our Dispute team will mediate
- The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method
