1. What is a Non-Shopee Order (NSS)?
 
A Non-Shopee Order (NSS) is any order placed outside the Shopee platform. This includes orders made directly through a seller's website or other e-commerce platforms.
 
2. How can I track my NSS order?
    
For SPX Express Non-Shopee Service (NSS) parcels, even if the parcel is accidentally scanned, it won’t be inbound. The parcel will only be inbounded when the payment is completed
 
3. Does SPX Express offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for Non Shopee Parcels?    
 
For Non-Shopee parcels, SPX Express currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
 
4. What are the available payment methods?
 
You can pay for your shipment at the service point using the following methods:
  
  • Online Order via Shipment Portal:
 
After placing your order online, drop off your parcel at the nearest SPX Express partner service point. You can pay the shipping fee directly at the service point.
 
  • Walk-in Order at Service Point: 
 
If you place an order in person at the service point, you can pay the shipping fee on the spot. 
 
⚠️ Note:
 
  • SPX Express currently does not support online payment for shipping fees through the shipment portal. We recognize the demand for online payment and are actively working to introduce the options shortly. 
 
5. Where can I contact customer service?
 
To report any issues related to SPX Express:
 
Click on the Contact Us page on the SPX Website.
 
6. How do I track the status of my claim? 
 
To track your claim status, please report the issue using our Non-Shopee Order Enquiries. We will investigate the matter and contact you within 5 working days. 
 
7. How do I differentiate between a Non-Shopee Parcel Air Waybill and a Shopee Air Waybill?
